Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious, but the location was somewhat inconvenient being at the end of the hall upstairs. The service was top-notch, and the dining options were varied. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had magical and elegant rooms with character, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel charges accordingly due to its deluxe nature. However, some rooms needed maintenance with wallpaper coming off and shoddy windows and carpets.
The hotel was a wonderful stay with comfortable and spacious rooms full of character, served with lifts. The staff, especially Aurélie, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even organizing transportation for us during the Belgium rail strike. The location was super convenient, making it easy to access museums and galleries in the city center. The dining experience was very nice, with plenty of options offered, especially for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money choice with a couple of minor downsides to consider.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, my room in the attic was very cozy, and I later got moved to a much better room at the back. However, cleanliness was an issue as I found dust between two light bulbs and hair on the ground floor of the bathroom.
I found the hotel to be full of character in the old part of the building, albeit dark with little natural light. The sauna and steam room were not available during my stay which was a bit disappointing. The service, however, was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly, solving any issues promptly. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to everything within the center of Brugge. The dining experience was better than expected with a varied menu. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is situated in a quiet part of town, making it convenient to explore the major sights while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms, although a bit challenging for guests with mobility issues due to the stairs, offer a private patio for relaxation. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests and ensure a pleasant stay.
